Sumer and Ricky are fantastic. I honestly have not experienced this level of customer service in a long time. First, Sumer is not only highly responsive but she sets clear expectations, asks the right questions, is kind and patient.
Ricky kept me apprised of his arrival times, how the work was progressing, and what to expect as next steps.
These folks are straight shooters, do solid, honest work and are competitive in pricing.
Needing work done on your home, especially moisture or mold remediation, is never fun, but it doesn't need to be difficult. Sumer, Ricky & team made it easy. Oh, and did I mention how darn nice they are?
Ricky (Operations Manager) and his assistant (Mark) did an AWESOME job with both the carpet stretching and whole house carpet cleaning
They did such a wonderful job, I asked Ricky for a quote on a few other repairs/renovations. Ricky was on time, respectful, and completed all the work perfectly and in a timely manner

Affordable Restoration Service are Top of Their Class in the services they provide. They are Professional, Knowledgeable, Respectful and Responsive. Their cost of services was very competitive and well worth the expense to stretch and clean the carpets. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
