I had new equipment replaced in April and being charged more for equipment. one day I went in to request a address change and Keisha assisted me and checked on to why my bill was so high. I was able to be credited back for extra charges. She’s always helpful and friendly smiling.

I’ve had some frustrations with Vyve (hence the 4 stars) but have no choice here in Clemson. That said, I received excellent service today from Dustin who stuck with it for several hours until the problem was fully resolved and things were much better than when he got here. Couldn’t ask for better service than I got today from Dustin.
