I took my desktop computer in mid morning on Monday, they diagnosed the issues same day and corrected all the problems. I picked up next day for a minimal fee. They advised, due to the operating system support by Microsoft on my computer no longer available after Oct ‘26, that I would need to purchase a new computer. Thankful for the heads up!

I was having trouble transferring some files and photos to a sd card. We went to Ross Computer Services they were very helpful and transferred the information for me. They are very nice. I highly recommend them .

My computer was hacked and then locked by the hackers. They even left behind remote software. Ross Computer Service was able to fix and update things that needed fixing and updating. They were able to clean up bugs and viruses as well as the dust bunnies!They are my go-to computer guru now.
