I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and the Rapid Response company. I called at lunchtime with a busted and rusted through water heater. He had a new tankless installed for us SAME DAY. Excellent customer service from the office side and again, I can’t speak highly enough of Brandon. Extremely professional and polite, in what was a stressful situation for us.
