This is long overdue, but my family wants to thank Tyler for his kind words and support fixing a couple issues. American Plumbing is ran by an absolutely stand up guy. My hot water line burst above my hot water heater. I called and was given directions on how to fix the blown out pex tubing myself since they couldn't make it out to my house due to another large job they had on the books. Told me what to buy and how to fix the issue (and even remove some failure points) saving me easily $300 with another plumber. For any larger issues at my house moving forward I know who I'm calling.
