Robert was infinitely patient with us as we changed the scope of the project and got the contract just right. His crew demo'd our old exterior staircase and built a completely redesigned Timber Tek staircase. They also painted the whole house and did a great job! We got tons of compliments from the neighbors.
We highly recommend Robert and team for reno projects small and large. The team adapted to changes after demo and the finished product looks perfect. Thanks Robert. We look forward to our next project.
For years, our basement flooded during heavy rains. Thankfully, Robert from Radiant Renovations came to the rescue! He assessed the situation and recommended a French drain system. The work was completed promptly, and after a significant rainfall, our basement stayed dry. Although there was a minor issue with the grade, Robert quickly fixed it. Since then, we’ve had no problems at all. Thanks so much for the fantastic work! I’ll definitely use Radiant Renovations again.
