My wife and I had a great experience getting a new roof installed by Carolina Roof Rescue! The Project Manager David Batson, was terrific in communicating and keeping us informed before, during and after the install. The crew was very professional, on time, friendly and focused. We were looking for roofers and I met Angel, who runs one of the roofing teams for Jeremy, at Lowes. I called Jeremy and he quickly gave me a quote and timing of when they could do the job. He said they would be done in a day and clean up the job site before they left. We actually got a bid and contract which seems rare in this area. They were on site as promised and did an excellent job. They left the job site clean and used a magnet to pick up all the roofing nails. We usually spend hours cleaning up the site after a crew leaves, but not in this case. My experience with Carolina Roof Rescue was absolutely wonderful. From my first visit with Jeremy, the owner, to the final cleanup everything was top of the line.Communication was thorough as they explained when and how things would proceed, what to expect from the crew and anything I needed to do.The crew consisted of six workers along with a leader who communicated with me along the way,They were all hard working and delightful throughout. The cleanup was better than I could ever have imagined.The price of the job was explained in detail and very fair. The quality of the work was exceptional.
