Prisma Health Cancer Institute–Seneca is a caring facility with excellent staff. Patients appreciate the friendly front desk staff and their willingness to help, as well as the thorough and informative doctors. The therapy center staff are also highly valued for their care. While some mention communication issues between the front desk, appointment schedulers, and lab, overall, patients feel comfortable and supported. The staff go above and beyond to assist, making it a place where patients feel cared for and appreciated.

I depend on my caretakers at the Prisma Health Cancer Center. From the front desk staff with their cheery smiles to the lab personnel with their steady aim and the incredible caretakers in the therapy center, I love my healthcare team!
The front desk staff are the kindest people. The medical staff are empathetic and knowledgable. It really makes a difference when staff members go out of their way to give patients dignity and show kindness to them in their hour of vulnerability. I hope all the patients that come here heal fully and completely.
