They were professional, con, and a complete gentleman, making sure hearing aids were the right size and more comfortable, giving full instructions and asking if there were any questions. Awesome staff !!!! They definitely had my hearing first in all the things they did. Very good hearing test and then programming of the hearing aids !!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience !!! I would give them a 5 star rating and take my family there anytime !!! Thanks!!!
Carley was amazing and so sweet. She was able to help me get my hearing aid. And made sure it was comfortable and that I understood how to use it. She made sure it was set up on my phone. She made sure that I got what I needed and worked with me to make sure it was affordable. Also the front desk lady was so kind and helpful as well. I've already recommended them to a friend. I was a little nervous about getting a hearing aid and being young but Carley made sure I was comfortable and that the one I got wasn't super noticable. She was a pleasure to work with.
Mr. Marke was very professional, con and a complete gentleman. He made sure that my hearing aids were my size and more comfortable and gave me full instructions and asked me if I had any questions.
