I'm very pleased with Dr Alderman and the staff. I didn't experience any pain, not even from the multiple injections that was needed, they used numbing gel.They apologized that the temporary crown not looking perfect & that the permanent one would look better - this one looks good to me. I'm sorry that I may have given them the wrong impression, because I told them about the last dentist that I saw, she was horrible and it was painful. I had never had a bad experience with a dentist in all of my 75 years, until the dentist before Dr Alderman. (My teeth have wide gaps between because before I had insurance, I would just have them pulled.)

What a phenomenal place! Everyone is so friendly, polite, and respectful. I feel like I'm in very good hands. I appreciate the way the dentist laid out a practical and affordable treatment plan with realistic long and short term goals. I'm so glad they were accepting new patients.

I have never left a review for a dentist before because, let’s face it—going to the dentist is usually not something people look forward to.

From the moment I checked in, I felt like I had walked into a luxury spa instead of a dental office. I was given a menu of comfort options and asked to circle anything I would like. I selected lip balm, a blanket, an eye mask, neck pillow and water.

When I was taken back to the exam room, I was immediately given a fluffy blanket, neck pillow and eye mask. Then I was asked if I would like numbing cream. In all my years of dental visits, I have never been offered numbing cream for a routine cleaning! Since...read full review
