Dixie Flooring is a family-owned and operated company established in 1972. Customers describe the business as awesome and a gem, offering a great selection and an enormous line of high quality products. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful, providing outstanding customer service touched with Southern charm. They explain questions with clarity and detail, and do not push while customers consider the extensive inventory. Installers are efficient, nice, and highly recommended, with Thomas noted as knowing his stuff and making sure the work is perfect. Customers are extremely satisfied, easy to work with, and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the product and workmanship. Even when a customer bought nothing, the staff gave helpful suggestions, leading to a recommendation for the customer service alone. Highly recommended for personal homes and rental properties, with customers wishing they could give 10 stars.
The girls were very helpful in assisting us with our needs. They have a large selection of samples. If you need help with installing, they have recommendations and can give you their contact information.
Stopped in to try and color match some T molding for floors I bought elsewhere. They didn't have matching molding in stock and, even though I could have ordered from them, she gave me a few suggestions of places to try which would be faster and cheaper (which ended up being correct!). So even though I bought nothing from her, she was super helpful and if I could have a do over I would choose Dixie Flooring simply for the customer service.
I wish I could give 10 stars! This place is awesome!! A great selection of flooring! Highly recommend Thomas as installer. He knows his stuff! Makes sure it is perfect. I recommend HIGHLY!!!!
