I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Coster HVAC. They are the nicest people, highly competent, show up when they say they will, patiently answer questions, do the job right the first time and are so fairly priced for their work it seems almost unfair. I started with them because it was challenging to find a company that works on mini-splits, now we use them for everything HVAC related and couldn't be more satisfied. Try them out. You'll be glad you did.
I am sorry the other reviewer had a bad experience. That's certainly not what Brian Coster would want, and not what I experienced. I called Coster Heating & Air conditioning to look at my heat pump. The outdoor unit (condenser) unit would not operate. (May 2022) Brian found the pressure about zero. He added some nitrogen to the system to locate the leak. He found the leak, repaired it, replaced filter/dryer, pumped down system and charged it with R-22 alternative. (R-407C) Many times companies want to sell you a new unit, but Brian will fix a system anytime he can. I appreciate Coster's honesty. The heat pump is still running like a champ 2-1/2 years later!
They have excellent customer service and respond back quickly. Tyler took his time figuring out the issue. He was very nice and welcoming. We can’t recommend Coster enough. Thank you!
