Mrs. Pulliam is simply the best realtor in Seneca, SC. Seneca is beautiful and a very great place to visit and reside. It reminds me of my current hometown in Elkton, MD. In fact, Elkton, MD is located on the pennesular of the Upper Shore, but the water and lakes are night and day. Seneca is a must see city in SC!Mrs. Pulliam is an excellent Realtor with excellent intel ans historical analysis of the Seneca region in South Carolina. We can't say enough about the professionalism associated with working with Greg Coutu. He was responsive to all of our questions, timely with all communications, and always did whatever he had told us that he would. His local knowledge is exemplary as Greg grew up in the area and also attended Clemson University. I can't image working with anyone that could have been anymore assistive in the process of purchasing our lake home.
PS: Greg continues long after our closing to provide us with local contacts for services we need. We consider Greg more than a good realtor, he has become a good friend and he is a great guy.
