Mr. Williams came by in the time he said he would. Gave me an overview of what needed to be done to repair my roof leak. His price was fair, did the repair in a timely manner, and explained everything. I highly recommend Mr. Williams for his experience and knowledge of roofing work.

Mr. Williams came to our house 3 or 4 weeks ago to measure for an estimate. That was on a Friday. We didn't hear from him on Monday. By Thursday, I called to check on the quote. Ms. Donna said she would get with him and let me know. Donna called us back to let us know that Mr. Williams had accidentally left our info in his truck and would run the estimate immediately. She offered his deepest apologies and asked if he could call by noon the next day to give us a quote. He did not call. investigate more, listen, act, don't ignore don't send out mike who weill tell u the problen could be tornando, earthquake, like those are common in aug, called 5 weeks in a row, said mike in meeting would call u, never did, when they put roof on used wrong roofing nails, came thru into my ceiling, they did send someone out they patched still looked bad, but the opatch did notv last, also the roofers dropped a pack of roofing so hard it loosed plasted they patched, looks terrible, jone put roof on another house i had it still on, wish mr williams would make right
