I have had all good experiences at St Helena Medical Center. They have a lab and a pharmacy which is very convenient for patients. Friendly, professional staff, beautiful newer and clean facility.Highly recommended!

I cannot believe how quick people are to give bad reviews! I almost did not go to this clinic because of that, thank goodness I did. From the moment I stepped up to the front desk, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The receptionist, whose name is Ms. Denise, was very kind and professional! The dental hygienist Whitley was the sweetest and most patient (DH) I've ever come across. Even though I'm low income, that did not matter. She took her time and she took a lot of x-rays. I was so surprised at how thorough she was. They always answered my phone calls.Dr. John Elissan was the sweetest dentist I have ever met in my life; he made it possible for me to save all of my teeth! So. before you believe ratings, sometimes you need to go check out the place yourself.Please go check them out!

Terrible services and terrible communication amongst the employees. I had made an appointment specifically for one thing and when I came in I was told it was for another and that it couldn’t be verified due to the fact that the person who made my appointment wasn’t there. However I received two calls as a reminder of my appointment and the services. Employees have a nonchalant attitude they do not care as I was “told we get paid either way”

I was a little confused about the location but your dental hygienist Quad was very, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter is deaf and she worked with her great ☺️.Your front desk..I'm not sure, they may need caffeine before work. Dispositions very cold and raw.THANK YOU QUAD SEE YOU IN FEBRUARY ??
