Richard was extremely professional from the estimate through to the completion of work. I had a complete system replacement that Richard and his team knocked out in about 4 hours. He was also very patient with explaining the process of the replacement and how the different types of systems varied so I could make the best informed decision. I received a total of 6 estimates and Richard’s was higher by about $1K over the lowest bid. However, he was providing a far superior product using the latest refrigerant and the lowest bid quoted a cheaper foreign made system that uses a refrigerant that is in the process of being phased out. I highly recommend Richard’s Heating & Air for your installation and service needs.
