Jimmy was our technician and he went above and beyond to assist us with our plumbing analysis and repair situation. The technician Shane was amazing. Really knew what he was doing and had us up and running very quickly. Gave us excellent tips to avoid future problems. We bought a home with plumbing problems not reported in the inspection. Would recommend anyone buying a house have it scoped for issues. Definitely will be using this particular business if we need plumbing work
Update: because we really believe Shane is such a great guy and an excellent plumber we called him back to replace all the cast iron drops with up to date materials to tie into our main sewer outlet and install a clean out outside the house. A recurring problem happened, and per RR recommendation when it happened in the past, I opted to replace a section of pipe between house and road. Fellow (Shane?) was prompt and professional. Now I shouldn't have any more issues in the future.
