Pet Groomers near Roebuck

“I had a bad review on here because of canceled appointments. The first time it was due to the groomer quitting, and yesterday we were canceled on again because of an accident with one of their employees.

The owner called after seeing the bad review and had a brief conversation with me. I can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. We had to pay $200 yesterday to get Brodie into a last minute appointment at a competitor but we will give Inn The Dog House another shot in 6 weeks or so.

Up until these cancellations we had nothing but good things to say about Inn The Dog House. Our Goldendoodle loves going there and the staff has always been polite. I can’t even pass by the place without Brodie scratching at the window.

After speaking to the owner I realized I should show them a little Grace. Hopefully we can get Brodie in for another haircut in a few months and get back to normal.“

“They did my dog's nails quickly, and they didn't hurt him not once! I watched them work. The dog's waiting for their owners were glossy, smelled great, looked really sharp, and they were at ease. Will definitely be using them for my dog's grooming needs.“
