Wendell & his crew were very responsive to secure our gutter project. He provided his quote timely & supplied a reasonable start date. They showed up in clean, branded trucks ready to work! The project took about a day & a half and they thoroughly cleaned up without a scrap of material left behind. As a follow-up, we had them address one concern on the finished job & Wendell had his crew back out there the next business day to ensure the job was completed to our approval. I was very happy with this company. Post Hurricane Florence, it was almost impossible to get a return phone call, much less a visit, quote, and appointment. Fortunately I had a patch on the roof that allowed me to wait a few months. When I called Reeves in early January to quote a complete roof as well as an elderly neighbor’s roof, I received an immediate return call, and a scheduled appointment within a week. Hans arrived a few minutes later than scheduled but called in advance to warn me of the delay (much appreciated!). During hurricane Florence the roof on my home in Leland, NC was damaged to the point that I have to get a total roof replacement. The search for a contractor was difficult as so many homes were damaged in the Wilmington area. The first several contractors we contacted gave us the run around and wanted to know how much the insurance company was paying for the roof replacement. They were scammers! Our next door neighbor connected us with a contractor that was honest but said it would be a couple of weeks before he could start the work.
