I dropped in after being stood up from an appointment I had scheduled for today 2pm. I happened to be googling and the salon appeared as an option. I’m so glad it did. All the ladies treated me so nicely. Luisa and another lady who was more on the quiet side. I failed to ask her name and of course Vanesa. It was such a pleasure. I have scheduled my next up coming appointment. Loved it. Thank you Ladies. AnnaRequested style: Wash, trim, and blow dry and straighten

These ladies are all very professional,and friendly.they know me by my name They get you in and out with no long waiting. Each time I went, I came out very satisfied. The blowouts even last with me sweating.

I had my first blow out and didn’t know how to act so with that being said I am very grateful for them and there hospitality they are very friendly people and I will forever be coming here for my blowout and whatever else they offer

Amazing staff, amazing patience, amazing hair. Very detail-oriented, and they will make sure your hair is perfect before you leave that chair lol. I have very THICK hair, and while I did my best to make sure it wasn’t bad coming in, it wasn’t the best. Vanesa and Louisa were amazing in taking their time with me. They are sweethearts, thank you so much.

I love my new salon. My hairdresser moved to Concord and the drive from South Carolina to Concord was a bit much. I went two weeks ago for a basic wash and set and not only was the customer service I received impressive and impeccable, ( all while the owner was away on family business) my hair looked great. I returned today for my color, not only was the owner gracious, she “knows” her stuff. My color is on point and in the day of rising prices, Ms. Vanessa’s Hair Salon is extremely reasonable for excellent serviceThank you Ms. Vanessa and staff
