Luisa at the salon was absolutely wonderful. I had booked a cut & color with her that I ended up running behind for and thought I was going to have to cancel. Luckily she was able to reschedule me the same day with such a short notice, and was extremely understanding and kind about the entire situation. Not only was she wonderful company and conversation the entire time, but I have never left a salon feeling more confident than I did that day. I went a long time between haircuts after having a baby, and I feel like Regina brought me lovingly forward into the next era of my life with this new look. She is so sweet and understanding, and I had a truly blissful experience. This haircut was like a warm hug. Thank you!

Luisa Foronda at the Rock Hill Ulta was PHENOMENAL! Professional timely clean and able to do my hair type, she has dominican beauty salon experience, she is so sweet, her wash was thorough and excellent, she did what I asked for, will definitely book again, thank you Lisa for everything.
