I would definitely recommend this place! My wife had an issue with her phone and Shubi was very helpful and listened to her concerns. He suggested something to try and didn't even charge us for his help! An honest business you can trust!
Replacement of my cracked screen was quick and easy from filing the claim to repair completion. Shubi was very friendly, helpful and efficient, and my phone was ready slightly ahead of schedule and was good as new!
Anthony was there from another store in the Rock Hill store that I went in but he was fabulous. He led me through what they were gonna do. He got my stuff done in a fast and friendly way and never did he make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about with the phone it was a sensor touch thing. It was nothing I had done. I had not dropped it. I had not cracked it. Nothing of that nature it just quit responding to the touch and he said that happens sometimes. I would recommend them to anyone and go back. I had a wonderful experience.
