No good people over charging and rude people I was charge $150 for 2290 and was missing one digits to correct the vin the charge me $75 just to correct the vin . I will never ever deal with them

Was overcharged by representatives and in order to receive my refund I was charged a service fee. Not a good business practice in my opinion. Will no longer be using them. Also have been trying for 2 weeks to receive the refund.

Some lady there must have not liked how I responded to her question of asking me what forms I wanted when the subject was the bco 2290 forms. When I was told she’d send it right over. So they decided to say I’d send in a check instead of doing it online. So I asked for a refund because why the heck would I want to wait an extra weeks for that whole thing. After I specifically asked if I could do it online. Then they gave me some line of bs about how they can’t give me a refund because of big brother.
