resolved problem and have filed. The only problem with the chat is the same problem that has plagued windows since they went to the bright white screen, you cannot see the box where you are supposed to type in.

We are new to electronic filing, and the people from their support team were really helpful in completing our 990 filing. Overall, it was a nice experience for us, and will prefer expresstaxexempt for the upcoming years.

I filed a 990-EZ and the forms were easy to fill out and I did not need any support. I am a former CPA and knew how to fill out the forms. I appreciate the built in tutorial that shows you where to find the functions you are looking for.
