Communication as this establishment is terrible apparently, no paper anything and communication errors aren’t fixed they turn into accusations

I’ve been going to the Rock Hill location and it’s ultimately the BEST salon I’ve been too . Mel is wonderful she’s so pleasant to be around. My hair color and cut are perfect .So happy I found you and your salon ❤️

Therapy Hair Salon, Rock Hill meets the standard of class and luxury with services met by a friendly, warm, professional staff that when you meet them, they treat you like family. I was grateful to find Mel, Ange and Therapy Hair Salon.
My color had been a disaster for a couple of years now and no one could get it just right, until Mel worked her magic. Great attention to detail, what a delight!!

I came in to Therapy and was truly amazed by how this experience was for me, Chrissy did my hair and truly took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve! She took the time to look at what had been done to my hair in a completely different salon and how they messed it up and worked literally magic on me, Chrissy took my words and made it into art, I was so happy with her results and her communication with me, I look like a different person, because of her I got to have a mini vacation coming to see her and I look 1,000 times better then when I first walked in!

I went there to go get my layers done and sent them many photos for reference and they were spot on! I loved the workers, they were so kind and welcoming. I would recommend coming here its with your money!

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Sydnee for the past 6 months and have loved every haircut so far. She’s helped me get out of the more awkward stage of growing my hair out and I feel so much better. The salon itself is also so cozy and relaxing.
