I had a great massage here. I have had many massages, but I liked my massage here because my masseuse incorporated active stretching with massage. This technique allowed my body to be well positioned to work on muscle groups that are harder to get to. This also meant relief to not only sore muscles, but tight tendons and ligaments. I believe this type of massage would be well suited to recover from heavy physical workout and/or soft tissue injuries.

Sunrise Spa is a very peaceful, ambient place for a nice, relaxing massage. The massage rooms are very clean, the massage tables are comfortable, and the massage therapists are very caring & professional. I felt so relaxed and flexible after a 60 minute massage complete with essential oils and hot stones. I will definitely come to Sunrise Spa again in the near future.

Last week I had back pain. I came to sunrise spa for massage. Lucy was very professional and massaged my back for an hour. After finishing it, I feeling much better ,I will be back again
