About Star Nails
Star Nails offers good work, but customers have mixed experiences due to poor communication and unprofessional attitudes. Some staff members provide excellent service, such as gel manicures and pedicures, while others create a negative atmosphere. The quality of service depends on who is working, and customers have noticed a decline in professionalism, potentially leading to a loss of customers. However, many regulars appreciate the calming and relaxing atmosphere. They enjoy the straightforward service without any upselling and leave feeling refreshed. Customers often mention the thorough care taken in preparing nails, which adds to their satisfaction. Overall, Star Nails continues to be a choice for those seeking nail services, despite the varying experiences.
Reviews
My nails went from jacked to classy! Simple service and no fussy tiered pedicure menu was given to me nor did they try to up sell me. I got what I asked for and left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I did gel manicure and pedicure with a French tip on the toes and solid color for the hands. Total was $100 plus tip, paid card for the service and was given an itemized receipt. Will be back again next time I’m on this side of town waiting for my oil change to be done.
I am a regular customer, and with that being said, this is the only nail bar and spa I will ever go to. The staff is very nice and friendly, the atmosphere is really calming and relaxing as well. I would have no problem giving this place a 10⭐ but it only goes to 5😊
