I recently visited Sports Clips in Rock Hill with my brother, boyfriend, and brother-in-law, and unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience with Juliana Sanchez.
While explaining that my brother wanted the front of his hair left around eyebrow length, Juliana responded with an eye roll and a rude comment: “They’re not even at your eyebrows. So do you not want any cut off the top?!” Her tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional from the start.
During the haircut, she also accidentally poked my brother in the ear with her fingernail and laughed instead of apologizing, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. At the end of the appointment it wasn’t even the haircut that he wanted. As paying customers, we expected basic professionalism, respect, and customer service. Everyone has bad days, but attitude and rude behavior toward clients are unacceptable in a customer-facing business. I hope management addresses this experience so future customers are treated with more courtesy and professionalism.

You relaxed and will never leave unsatisfied. They do need to bring the leather scent back for the hot towels.

The check-in process and wait times are always accurate. Staff is friendly and Juliana always gives me a great cut.

Every stylist I've had has cut my hair perfectly. They also do an amazing job with my autistic son. Highly recommend.
