I contacted Tim shirer the owner of Southeastern roofing about a repair. After that repair went smoothly I got him To do most of the work through my realty company. Overall he saved me thousands of dollars and I can't thank you enough. Sometimes he over extends himself on his schedule as do all local business owners I suppose. Highly recommended.
