Alex is an absolute star employee. He went above and beyond what was expected. We needed a single plumbing part to reconnect a faucet and the store didn't carry the part, so he called Pfister and requested replacement parts be sent to our home address. This is why we shop at True Value and not the big box stores, the customer service is exceptional. Thank you Alex you are a true gem!

I love this store!!! The employees always greet you when you enter the store and offer assistance. They never act like they are too busy to assist or that you are “bothering “ them. Very knowledgeable about their products and I find the pricing to be very similar to the big box stores. Unlike the big box stores there is always someone available to answer questions and offer advice. While it seems that a lot of retail stores have forgotten about customer service this store has proven to me that it is a priority. Highly recommend shopping here. I love a good hardware store and this is one. Clean, well organized and well stocked with what you would expect for a good hardware store. I went there specifically for Ready Seal brand exterior stain which the big box stores do not carry.
