We started having issues with both units last year and the technician who came out fully explained everything. He even told my husband to call him if there was an issue with the work he did. We then signed up as members or whatever it’s called to be able to have both units serviced throughout the year. Cooper was amazing! He took pictures of all the bad stuff on the units. We went through the home warranty company but asked to use Reid because we had such good experience. We have since replaced both units! Cooper and their customer service were so responsive and informative as well as patient during the last frigid spell in February and they really helped me out big time including their liaisons with American Home Shield. BIG Thanks guys! It is/was SO appreciated.

Jerry came out to our house to work on our heat pump during the ice storm event. Jerry was timely, professional and explained the what was faulty in layman’s terms (thank goodness). I would highly recommend this company for any of your needs.
