Pennington Med Spa is amazing. Dr Pennington has the hands of an angel. Her staff are all so friendly and warm and very knowledgeable. They are the best in the business! I love this place and having them work their magic! 5 stars are not enough to rate!!!

Wow! Melanie is a treasure. Not only was it the most wonderful facial but she is a treasure of a human. Incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She guided me through every step and was very honest about products and procedures I need and may possibly need. Pennington med spa is Absolutely THE best place for skin procedures in the Charlotte area. I have been seeing Melanie at Pennington med spa since Covid and by far, it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. As a busy working mom, I had started to let my self “age gracefully”. Well, I discovered that aging gracefully is not for me; but I was also concerned with looking like I had obviously had work done.
