Did a great job getting my system up and running. Was polite and respectful of the property. Arrival was prompt.
One recommendation…
I do wish Panther would send an itemized receipt showing what work was done. I had to leave before the work was completed. My wife could not explain what the problem was. Only that it was fixed and $200. An itemization of the work done would be helpful.
HVAC system just stopped cooling the house. Thankfully, Panther was able to send someone out right away. However, the system was totally froze up and wasn't able to be worked on. Thankfully, the rep was able to set it up to defrost and to put me on the weekend repair list. Ben was called in to solve the problem. He's just such a nice guy. When he left everything was in working order and no issues since. Thanks!
Brian arrived on time and did an excellent job on the semi-annual review of my AC system. He was very thorough and did a good job of explaining everything after he completed the work. I appreciated his professionalism and his friendliness.
