Curt was very helpful and proceeded with the installment follow up in a timely manner. We are very happy with the carpet and finally, the installation outcome. We look forward in doing more home projects in the future with Outlook.

The installers showed up on time, quickly removed the old carpet and made sure the floor was cleared of all the old staples, installed new padding and carpet and cleaned up everything when they finished, would recommend to friends.

From start to finish, working with everyone at Outlook was an excellent experience. Everyone from my salesperson to the installers were so super friendly, helpful and courteous and most importantly HONEST. I had laminate installed in my entire upstairs (including the stairs). They were done in less than a day and half, did excellent work and I was very impressed with how neat and tidy they were. But the biggest take away that I have from my experience is that they are HONEST! They didn't end up needing a particular material that was ordered for the job so they called and told me there would be a credit towards my final payment.
