I wish I could give 10 stars! Rob and Karen are amazing! They always take such good care of my needs in a speedy efficient manner. They are knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend Oakes Appliance and Refrigeration 1000%!!!

Very professional and accommodating. My mom’s refrigerator went out when I was visiting her from out of state. I called Oakes Appliances at 3:50pm and spoke with Annette. She was extremely helpful and reached the owner Rob. Rob made the time to stop by after his last appointment. He saw, the problem and came back the next morning with a new part. I can’t thank Annette and Rob enough for taking the time to squeeze us in between appointments. I would highly recommend!

Was scheduled for a service call for my refrigerator and Rob called the day before to give me advice on the problem. It fixed the issue without them coming out. A stand up company. Will definitely call them for any future services.
