We are new to the area and our Senior dog (Butler) was having some issues. They were able to see us right away and are very kind and understanding. I don’t feel pushed or pressured with the tough decisions that we may have to make with our baby. Our other baby (Bella) will be making a visit there soon.

We have been bringing our nuggets (both dogs and cats) to Newport Veterinary Hospital for the last 13 years and the level of care, compassion, and dedication both doctors and staff alike have shown us in that time is completely unparalleled. This team cares about comfort and they are empathetic. They listen to us and our concerns and provide solid, sound advice. We have adopted older dogs with quite a few medical issues and the doctors and staff at Newport have allowed us to provide those pets with the absolute best quality of life possible. I could never thank them enough. ❤️

Front desk receptionists need to stop the cussing, actually the while facilty needs too. Very unprofessional and seriously need to work on your customer service skills!!.

I took in a cat who was clearly not doing well at all. He couldn’t walk, and had all types of fluids coming out of him. All I wanted was help for him. The lady at the front counter stopped me mid sentence with such a bad attitude and basically refused to help. They told me to go somewhere else. Highly unprofessional.

Our dog was attacked through his cage by another dog and we were not informed until we picked him up a day later.The other dog was not harmed only our dog and we have no clue if that dog has all of its shots or not. This is truly unprofessional.
