Moved here three yrs ago. First time we used Newport Dry Cleaners, very friendly. Since then: grumpy, unfriendly, unappreciatitive. Acted like we are imposing on them. Once is excusable as a bad day. Repeated times, inexcusable.Time to find a new dry cleaner

Walked in with a bag of stuff. The guy working didn't say hello, huffed and puffed, wanted nothing to do with me. Ok. I'll take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

My husband attempted to utilize the same day service as advertised on the front door and was rudely told that this service did not exist. He even asked if he could get his shirt and slacks cleaned, but returned by the following day, and again the attendant rudely responded, "No"! Based upon our interaction today, this is NOT a friendly or a responsive place!!Service: Organic dry cleaning
