Based on the reviews, Freeman's Dry Cleaning provides excellent service and does an amazing job restoring clothing. They managed to completely restore an Irish wool-knit sweater, removing pills and repairing a hole so well it could not be seen. The sweater became soft and smelled good. They offer super friendly customer service and are very pleasant. Prices are very comparable. They repaired a seam on a comforter without charging. They are a friendly family dry cleaners that has clothing ready on time. Clothing comes back clean with no chemical smells. Customers are very happy with the results and highly recommend them for dry cleaning needs.
Fast efficient and quality cleaning services. I still wear pressed shirts and they do a great job. Also sweaters, pants, jackets, tablecloths, and such. Highly recommended.
They did such an amazing job with my Irish wool-knit sweater. I love the sweater so much. But I damaged it trying to wash it in the washing machine (I know, that was a dumb decision.) it had a hole on the shoulder where the knitting was coming apart and the material was pilling really bad.
But Freeman's managed to completely restore it. It looks better than it did whenever I first bought it. The pills are gone. And the hole on the shoulder was repaired so well I can't even tell which shoulder had the hole. It's also really soft and smells so good.
I am definitely going back to them whenever need anything dry cleaned, especially that sweater. 😊
Lauren was so great!! She coordinated with me a time to bring by a polo shirt to get a button replaced...she also called me back to see if I was still coming that day!!! Once i arrived, she got with me right away and was done in just a few minutes. She was very pleasant the entire exchange!! I highly recommend them for your dry cleaning needs etc.
