We received some damage due to a hail storm and Modern Roofing was in the neighborhood offering free estimates. Buddy and his team were awesome to work with and very professional. He was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was worried about the cost due to my deductible being 5K with my insurance and only ended up paying around 100 out of pocket for my new roof. They worked with my insurance company to make sure they covered all of my damages. During the install, one of my ring cameras was misplaced and he made sure to replace that as well. Modern Roofing in Rock Hill was such a pleasure to do business with. They stopped by after the hail storm and offered to do a free inspection for us. They found damage and worked with our insurance company. They met the adjuster when he came out to inspect and marked the roof to show the damage. The insurance company approved the claim that day and within a week and a half the roof was replaced! Modern roofing kept us up to date every step of the way, letting us know when the shingles would arrive, what day the workers would arrive etc. The workmanship was superb.
