Our dryer was getting so hot that I was afraid it was going to scorch our clothes. Steven arrived for a dryer vent cleaning and found that the outside vent was stuck shut. He cleared out the lint and fixed the flap so that the hot air could escape freely. He also vacuumed out the area behind the dryer where a lot of loose lint had piled up. The dryer is now running much cooler and our clothes are coming out perfectly soft and dry. He was a very polite technician and worked very quickly to get the job done in under an hour. I feel much safer now knowing that the air is flowing correctly and the fire risk is gone.
