We had a great experience with Harding Custom Homes from start to finish. Our superintendent, Wyatt, was incredibly thorough, highly communicative, and had an eye for every single detail. He made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed.
The office staff was always responsive and helpful, which made a big difference along the way. John Harding himself was excellent to work with—professional, approachable, and truly invested in delivering quality.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend Harding Custom Homes to anyone looking to build.
Our build process was over 3 years in the making. We met with multiple builders, and had an extremely negative experience with our past builder. John took the time to meet with us multiple times before we decided to move forward. Our foreman, Chris, was incredible and there’s no way our project would have been completed properly without his attention and willingness to make my wife happy. The subs were great too and we are very happy with the craftsmanship of the home. Building is extremely stressful, there are always ups and downs during the process.
