I've always had a good experience with them. I've had multiple items him hemmed by them over the years. I've had zippers purse straps fixed. They've always done a good job and we're reasonably priced.

Amazing work on my husband's 20 year old leather cowboy boots. They completely replaced the sole and heal... they look fantastic. My husband is thrilled he can wear them again. Their prices are so affordable. I want to go back and pay them more for the terrific work they did. They also repaired a pair of my leather boots that another shoe repair business said they couldn't repair. I am very impressed. Highly recommended!
