I visited several other eye care providers in the area and left each time disappointed. Either young, inexperienced staff were handling the fittings, or the practices couldn’t seem to get my prescription aligned with my glasses. After multiple attempts, one office even wanted to charge extra for additional fittings — I left without glasses altogether.

Never have I received such amazing care during a medical visit! Today was my new patient appointment and for the first time in my 25 years of needing eye care, I felt like I mattered. There was no rushing through the eye exam, Dr. Faust was so thorough and thoughtful. When it was time to check out, the kind woman that works the front desk explained my insurance coverage and helped me order a year’s supply of contacts. After that, picking a new pair of glasses was like shopping in a high end boutique where you make an appointment with a personal shopper. Robert is so knowledgeable about frames and faces! I received a very thorough exam and was completely satisfied with all the services I received. Dr Foust was helpful and explained in detail what he was doing as well as what I can expect as a senior patient. Robert and Dawn were excellent to work with and friendly and helpful. Best set of glasses as well as fitting I have had in over 35 years! We have found a new eye care center in Rock Hill.
