Totally competent and armed with the latest diagnostic tools. No problems with scheduling, diagnosis, fittings or glasses delivery. These aspects of the practice are what's important to me, not personality concerns
I had my first appointment with Dr Faust this week, and was very pleased. He is very personable, doesn't rush the process and is very good about explaining things in terms that I could understand. The receptionist was very pleasant also. I was also very pleased with the optician. He was very patient and explained the options available in detail and the advantages and disadvantages of each. I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr Foust has cared for my eyes for at least 20 years. I appreciate that he takes time to explain things to me. Both he and Dawn are personable and they make me feel like more than just a patient. I have never hesitated to recommend this practice. They are exceptional people and they provide exceptional care!
