ExpressTaxExempt provides an easy and helpful service for filing 990 forms. Their support team is polite and super helpful, answering all queries and assisting with completion. The help guides and tutorials are really useful. Overall, it is a nice experience and worth the money, leading customers to prefer them for future years. Some users note a minor interface issue with a bright screen.

I filed a 990-EZ and the forms were easy to fill out and I did not need any support. I am a former CPA and knew how to fill out the forms. I appreciate the built in tutorial that shows you where to find the functions you are looking for.
