Although we don’t have an extravagant house or yard, my husband and I really needed a landscape plan. After nine years, we were tired of our trial-and-error approach. Duane was just as attentive to us as he is to his larger clients. He is very down-to-earth and provided a plan that made sense for us and our neighborhood. Duane Christopher is the ultimate professional. He is an extremely knowledgeable and innovative problem solver with whom it is a pleasure to work. We presented him with the challenge of locating and landscaping a house on a lake side lot that has water on 3 sides. With all of the various offsets and restrictions imposed by Duke Energy, York County Planning and Development and DHEC this required innovation, a detailed understanding of the guidelines and laws governing lake side development, an appreciation for environmental issues and coordination with multiple private and government entities.
