I’ve been going to Dada Hair Braiding since they opened in 2019, and I’ve honestly never had a bad experience. At this point, I can just sit down and she already knows what I like, which says a lot.
She’s always professional and kind, and I appreciate how much care she puts into her work. I also end up learning something every time I go, which makes the experience even better.
I’d definitely recommend Dada Hair Braiding if you’re looking for someone consistent, skilled, and easy to trust with your hair.
I can’t believe I have to leave this but they’re very unprofessional and unorganized these days! Horrible communication!!! I had an appointment set up and no one showed up, no one answered my phone calls or messages! There have been other instances where they’ve arrived 25-35 mins late and I just brushed it off, but today was just uncalled for. If you know you’re not going to show up or provide an update to let clients know you can’t make it then don’t book appointments!!! Giving 2 stars is me being extremely “nice.”
I was referred to this braiding shop by another braiding shop. I did a same day appointment and was serviced by Maria. She had amazing customer service and communicated very well prior to my same day appointment. I showed her a reference video of boho senegalese twist and she did the exact style and color.I love my hair and I’ll definitely be a returning client!
