Had a limb puncture my roof and cause a ceiling collapse. They were able to have a contractor out that day to do an emergency patch and inspection. The inspection was incredibly thorough which was invaluable when it came time to deal with the insurance company. The contractor and I were in near constant communication throughout the process. They answered questions promptly, made adjustments to our scope and invoice, and were generally just so incredibly helpful. They even recommended and connected us with an interior contractor. I had a great experience with Browns Roofing. Alex T. responded to my text quickly, scheduled my roof inspection without any hassle, and kept communication clear the whole time. He showed up when he said he would, was professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s hard to find people who respond fast and actually deliver, but that’s exactly what happened here. I’d definitely recommend Browns Roofing to anyone in the Dallas or surrounding areas needing an honest and reliable roof inspection.
After some preliminary research, I selected 3 roofing contractors to contact. Given their great reviews, years of experience and positive word of mouth references, I knew Brown’s Roofing Company was going to be my first call.
