After buying our home in Rock Hill, we had a plumbing inspection and service done. I would give 10 stars if I could. We called to set up service for a slow bathtub drain, and Bennett arrived right on time, wore shoe covers in the house, worked fast, and left the tub area cleaner than before. He explained what was going on, shared a few simple plumbing tips to help us keep the drain flowing better, and was very honest about the real issue. It turned out the problem was not a full clog in the line but a broken plumbing part, and he adjusted the price fairly because of that. That kind of honesty and service is rare.
