Michelle answered the phone promptly every time and was friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. She asked all the right questions, so they would be ready to quote and complete the work on the same day. I also appreciated her respecting my request to communicate via text while I was working, and she went the extra mile by giving me a heads up when the inspector was on the way the next day. We found our water heater was leaking today. Called Best Rate and Jeff came to our house and replaced it on today Sunday afternoon , right before my company was due. He was superb. Everything was fixed before we knew it. Excellent service.
